Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You will receive your refund within two weeks of delivering your package to the return sender, however, in many cases you will receive a refund quicker. This time frame includes the time it takes to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days) and the time it takes for your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, write to service@gistitalia.it, you will receive an answer as soon as possible on how to return it and receive your refund as soon as possible.

Shipments

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please note that there are restrictions on some products and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

As far as the Italian territory is concerned, shipments take 2/3 days from the moment of the order, shipments to countries belonging to the European Union take 5/7 days. For all non-EU orders, we ask you to contact us at export@gistitalia.it to get an estimate of shipping costs and times. During holidays such as Christmas or Easter, the estimates of the shipping date may vary.
