Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 business days. Shipping rates are calculated according to the weight/volume of the package:
- Single product (0 – 0.99 kg) → €15.00
- Maintenance products MIX (1 – 2.99 kg) → €5.00
- 1 bike stand (3 – 4 kg) → €10.00
- 2 bike stands (4.01 – 5.99 kg) → €15.00
- 3–5 bike stands (6 – 15.99 kg) → €20.00
- Maintenance stands or multipack (16 – 50 kg) → €15.00
- Oversized package (over 50.01 kg) → €80.00
🌍 Rest of the World
International orders are delivered within 3 to 10 business days, depending on the destination area:
- World Wide Small Pack (orders up to €100.00) → €30.00
- World Wide Medium Pack (€100.00 – €499.99) → €50.00
- World Wide Big Pack (orders over €500.00) → €100.00
Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You will receive your refund within two weeks of handing the package over to the return carrier; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time frame includes the transit time for us to receive your return (3 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
